Investissement Québec offers a tax credit equal to 30% of eligible salaries to corporations conducting eligible software development until December 31, 2015.
This refundable provincial tax credit program is designed to develop e-business activities and strengthen information technologies (IT) throughout Quebec.
Key Features
- Can be combined with the Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) program.
- Refundable tax credit equal to 30% of the eligible salaries paid by the corporation to eligible employees
- Tax credit up to $20,000 /per eligible employee / per year
Eligibility
- Establishment in Quebec
- 75% of the revenues coming from e-business activities
- Minimum of 6 eligible employees at all time during the fiscal year
